Junior High Girls Need To Feel Empowered. That's What We Do Best!
Her Path Forward is an eight-week mentoring program aimed at empowering Indianapolis young women to build their confidence, discover their voice and purpose, embrace their authentic identities, make positive choices, and develop essential leadership skills.
This program specifically supports girls in 7th and 8th grade from the Indianapolis area. Through the guidance of dedicated female mentors, engaging activities, interactive workshops, and authentic connections, we strive to help Indy teens recognize their strengths and embark on their leadership journey. The small-group environment provides a safe, comfortable space for girls to learn, grow, and practice skills that will benefit them in school, work, and throughout life. Our caring mentors, who are respected community members, serve as positive examples and role models while leading participants through lessons on confidence, leadership, communication, resilience, and healthy friendships. We aspire for this community of peers to evolve into healthy, authentic friendships, promoting generations of women empowerment.
